The periapt of wound closure is a magic item that, when activated, cures all wounds sustained by the user and closes any open wounds. It can be used once per day and takes one round to activate.

It is a small white square of cloth with an intricately embroidered black border. The border contains magical runes that are activated when the periapt is placed over the wound or injury and held there for one round.

The Periapt of Wound Closure is a wondrous item that can be used to heal wounds and close them up completely. It has 5 charges, and each charge can be used to heal 3d8 hit points or 1d4+1 ability damage.

You may expend additional charges for the same effect, or you may expend one charge to heal both hit points and ability damage. This item regains all charges daily at dawn.

This periapt appears to be a necklace made of leather, but instead of a clasp it is tied in a knot. The “knotted” end is actually a magic knot that cannot be untied by any means short of dispelling the magic or destroying the necklace. The periapt of wound closure is an item created by imbuing a periapt shard with the power to instantly resurrect the user at the cost of one death. The periapt can only be created after completion of the In Aid of the Myreque quest, in which you kill Vanstrom Klause, and can only be used once.

It can be recharged after each use by taking it to a blood altar, which will cost 20,000 coins for each charge. The time it takes for a recharge is 5 minutes. To get another one, you must talk to Drezel and ask him about it again. It is possible to have more than one at a time.

This pendant is a small ceramic or metal disk inscribed with the symbol of a famous cleric. When you are reduced to 0 hit points and are not killed outright, you can choose to drop to 1 hit point instead. Once you use this property of the pendant, you can’t use it again until the next dawn.

This mithral amulet bears a single golden clasp shaped like a rosebud. While wearing the periapt, you are immune to damage from bleed effects. As an action, you can open the rosebud clasp and speak its command word. For the next 10 minutes, any creature you touch during this time regains hit points equal to 1d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier if it has at least 1 hit point remaining. A creature can benefit from this effect only once per dawn

You can also use an action to break the amulet with a snap of your fingers to cast the heal spell from it on yourself

The periapt’s magic is expended when you cast heal using it, and the periapt can’t be used again until the next dawn.

This necklace has 1d4 + 2 magic beads made from aquamarine, black pearl, or topaz. The beads are very hard and have a deep lustre. If you use an action to detach a bead and throw it up to 60 feet away, the bead explodes on impact in a 5-foot radius. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 4d6 piercing damage and 4d6 thunder damage.

On each of your turns until the spell ends, you can use a bonus action to cause tendrils of dark energy to sprout from the necklace and attack one creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 necrotic damage. The tendrils also slow the target’s movement by 10 feet until the spell ends. If a creature wearing the periapt has its hit points reduced to 0, the periapt restores 2d6 + 2 hit points. The periapt can’t restore hit points to a creature that has died within the past hour, nor can it restore hit points beyond the creature’s maximum.
